POOL HEATING: The pool warms up nicely and is refreshing in the summer months. For cooler seasons, heating is available upon request to warm the pool to 84-86°F. Unless of course you love cold plunges!
SUMMER (May-Sept):
✔ $50/day for the first 3 days (3-day min).
✔ Day 4+ are $20/day
WINTER (Oct - April)
✔ $75/day for the first 3 days (3-day min).
✔ Day 4+ are $25/day
✔ 2 day notice required before arrival to heat.
✔ Special rates are available for stays of 20+ days.
✔ Pool heating can be paid thru Venmo or Apple Cash
✔ The pool cools down at night and takes a couple of hours in the morning to warm back up to the desired temperature.
POOL + HOT TUB MAINTENANCE:
✔ Weekly Tuesday around 9am. Side gate is used and takes less than 30 minutes.
LONGER STAYS: Please contact us for stays longer than 28 days.
HOT TUB: Drained June- September

Above all we look for a clean home with wonderful beds and that is what was received. The home was comfortable and the outdoor living was great! The pool was used almost everyday. We had everything we needed to cook our meals at home if we felt so inclined as well. Rene was very attentive, making sure our stay was perfect including advice on restaurants and biking the loop etc.

This is an excellent rental with very communicative hosts. Clean, comfortable and well equipped. Fun house for a family gathering - lots of games and a great pool/hot tub. Not too far from town, but far enough for privacy, hiking trails, relaxing. Really great hosts!

We loved the location, with hiking access so close to enjoy the desert. The neighborhood was quiet with beautiful views. A beautiful new kitchen with all the amenities you need, a great secure backyard that our golden retriever enjoyed, very comfortable home. Rene was promptly responsive if we had questions or needed anything. I would choose her rental again when we return!
