Our host provided many little extra touches to make our stay pleasant, i.e. shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, fully equipped kitchen, new mattresses and much more. That being said, we were expecting a quiet, residential neighborhood. The property is located in a mixture of industrial/residential area. Lots of truck traffic. However, it is very safe and private. A high, brick wall encircles the property. Our host was extremely responsive to any questions or concerns we had. With the exception of location, we liked the house.

After booking, our host promptly answered any questions we had. When the heater stopped working, he had someone out to the property the same day to fix it. Much appreciated his attention to our comfort during our stay.

Very comfortable home in quiet neighborhood close to U of A campus. Great A/C, light filled spacious kitchen, laundry machines, and plenty of room to spread out.
