The journey begins as soon as you enter the house, overlooking a majestic central hall. This house invites you to share its history, caress the stone walls...
You will find on the first floor a spacious and fully equipped kitchen for cooking; Nespresso and filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle with vintage design, every detail has been thought out with care.
The living room and the large dining room will be perfect for hosting large families.

The house has 4 large bedrooms tastefully decorated, combining old charm and modern comfort thanks to new and very high quality bedding.PGJyPg
The first 3 bedrooms are equipped with 180x200 beds (or modular 2x90)
They are accompanied by 2 shower rooms and separate toilets
The master suite has a 200x200 bed (or 2x100) and a large bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet.
A small adjoining bedroom / dressing room will allow you to have a quiet baby bed or a child's bed.
🛏️ A large room is also converted into an attic bedroom with a sofa bed to increase the number of beds.

Enjoy the beautiful 5m x 10m swimming pool, treated with salt, gently sloping to a depth of 1.70m, ideal for swimming and games.
Access is protected by a gate with a key lock for total safety. However, we remind you that children must always be under the supervision of their parents.
8 deckchairs are at your disposal as well as a parasol for a perfect moment of relaxation!
A barbecue is also at your disposal for your meals on the terrace.
