Holiday Home 'Le Refuge Sablais' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in Les Sables d'Olonne, this 50 m² holiday home welcomes up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Enjoy self check-in and a private, well-equipped kitchen for your meals. The house offers air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine for your comfort. Families with children will appreciate the fully enclosed, secure grounds, a cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books.



Relax in your private garden and on the open terrace, perfect for outdoor dining with a private barbecue. Unwind in the private hot tub after a day of exploring, and cool off with the outdoor shower on warm days. A heated, uncovered pool shared with the owners is available in the mornings from 10 am to noon and afternoons from 3 pm to 6 pm. You have access to two parking spaces on the property. Please note that events are not permitted during your stay.



Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be rented for an extra fee. An optional cleaning service is also available. For your peace of mind, the owners live next door and are available for any questions or assistance during your stay. Please note that a video surveillance system is installed only at the entrance gate for security. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
