CAMERAS: We have two cameras on the exterior of our home for video surveillance. One at the front of the house and one at the back of the home facing the pool.

- Pool Heat: $65/night (Oct–Mar). $400/week. Hot tub always included.
- Early Check-In: Half-day add-on available when calendar permits.
- Late Checkout: Not guaranteed, but ask us!
- Smoking: Not permitted anywhere on property.
- Parties: No hibachi, cabana boys or similar events allowed.
- Guest Verification: To meet local requirements, all guests must complete a secure third-party ID verification within 24 hours of booking.
This property and all guests must comply with AZ Senate Bill SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance Sections 18 - 150, 18 - 121 and all state and city regulations.
