About this house rental
Recently completed major renovations with all new finishes!! This home is probably one of the nicest available in area by far! Home has all New High end Finishes, appliances, and furniture!! This home has 5 bedrooms, plus a game room with a pull out sofa, so actually could be used as a 6th bedroom. Game room is amazing with (2) 65" TV's, 12' shuffle board table, and pool table!! All new large screen tv's in all rooms in house, unique 4.5 bathrooms, all new beds, furniture, etc. Backyard is also amazing with large pool, large Jacuzzi, covered patio, fire pit, tons of seating, corn-hole game, BBQ, and much more!! This home is located within minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has some of the best bars and restaurants in Scottsdale. Also close to great golf courses, casino, top golf, and Spring training games!

A stunning property! The gathering spaces were great for our large, mixed age family group. Wonderful kitchen where we made delicious meals. Also provided matching dishware (huge for me since I don't like a hodgepodge of one-off dishes), large island, dining table and counter chairs. Great living room with large tv where we could relax and have together time. The game room is fabulous and we loved watching Grandpa take on his grandson in shuffleboard. The pool was wonderful for cooling off and nice hot tub. The outside space was lovely for our first night dinner together. Most of the rooms had en-suite bathrooms and lots of matching towels (yes, I don't like mis-matched towels either!). The owners were very responsive and communicative. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back some day. Thank you!

This was an amazing property to stay at for the group of family and friends that we had with us for our daughter's graduation. Dave was fantastic, always quick to respond to our messages and was ready to tackle any requests.The home was fantastic! 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite bathrooms plus another full hallway bathroom and a perfectly located bathroom next to the pool. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and we enjoyed the open concept having the dining and living areas right there. Wonderful game room which makes for great competition for those of us who think we still have it! The backyard is situated very nicely, pool was warm without needing to heat it and the hot tub was a great spot to hang after dinner. We didn't utilize the firepit area because it was so hot but I imagine it is great to sit around during those cooler nights. Having the outdoor TV was nice to have to play some music while we were in the pool.The one thing I will present as a con is there really isn't a whole lot of shade back there. There is a very nice gazeebo area but the amount of shade depends on where the sun is at that point of the day. There is one umbrella but given the number of lounge chairs it just didn't seem like enough, especially since we had grandparents with us that couldn't necessarily stay outside with the heat and minimal shade. A few triangle sun sails would be ideal to cover more seating areas. Even saying that, we would rent it again, it's that nice! Thank you Dave!

Our visit started with the fridge not cool at all when we checked in and had to wait until next morning to grocery shop for the 14 people staying. We were not told that one of the pull out couches was broke before hand and had to move people around at bedtime to accommodate the change to a blow up mattress. Coffee maker plug stopped working and we had to find another outlet to use. One of the smoke detector was hanging. Pool table and shuffle board table were unlevel and shuffle table was warped. In order to play we had to try to shim both. Grill igniter did not work and had to be hand light. One of the toilets was running a lot. We did not use the dishwasher due to a number of the metal prongs on the racks being rusted and broke. It didn’t seem sanitary to use it. The pictures in the listing did not accurately represent the current condition of the property. Based on the items mentioned above along with other things we noticed. We loved the location and it was large enough to accommodate a bigger group. The host was responsive when we reached out about couple of things.
