We traveled to watch our daughter graduate from ASU in December 2023. The pictures look amazing!!! The host was fabulous and very helpful. We were granted early check in, 2 on instead of 4) which was very nice. We arrived to find only 4 bedrooms when the listing stated 5. The knobs to the stove top were cracked so had to turn off the gas so we didn’t smells gas. Only one common bathroom the other in the master. The pool and backyard was very nice but weather was too cold to use the pool. The overall property was run down. Finally we asked for an hour late check out and was told we’d have to pay extra. Not flexible
