Berth 5 - Beach berths

Our maritime-themed, lovingly furnished 3-room vacation apartments are the ideal accommodations for couples,

close friends, or families of 3–4 people.

Our largest units consist of a living room and two bedrooms.

The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has two single beds.

In the living room, you can relax wonderfully on the cozy sofa set.

The modern kitchenette is integrated into the adjoining living area and offers basic amenities

such as a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, and a full set of kitchen appliances. This also includes a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

A spacious dining area that seats up to 4 people is located right next to it.

The bathroom is separate and includes a shower and toilet.

All cabins have central heating, making them suitable for year-round occupancy.

Cabin 5 features a terrace with patio furniture and a sunshade.


Cabin 5 is our largest vacation rental and is perfect for families with two children or 4 people.
Cabin 5 stands out with its harmonious earth tones and maritime decor featuring natural wood furniture.
It features a small entryway with a coat rack, an open kitchen with a large dining table and living area
as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
Cabin 5 has two separate bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a second bedroom with two single beds.
Dogs are not allowed in Cabin 5!

Each apartment is available for rent year-round and is equipped with a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower.
Enjoy relaxing moments on your own terrace or small balcony while taking in the view of the beautifully landscaped garden. End the day with a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Our vacation complex is the ideal starting point for exploring the many attractions of the island of Usedom. Whether it’s walks on the beach, bike rides, or excursions to the historic imperial spas—there’s something for everyone here!

Your four-legged friends are also welcome here.
However, we have a limited selection of cabins where pets are allowed.
Pets are permitted exclusively in the following cabins: Cabin 2, Cabin 6, Cabin 4, and Cabin 9.
The number of pets is limited to ONE pet. We charge a one-time pet cleaning fee of 30.00 euros.
Please let us know in advance (by phone or email) if you plan to bring your pet.
We’ll find a solution!



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00, and check-out is from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
