The fully equipped kitchen is connected to the living room via a serving hatch, so that all meals and drinks can be served directly to the dining table.

The bedrooms and the bathroom, which includes a tub and shower, are located on the upper level. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2x90x200), and two bedrooms each have two single beds (1x90x200). Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the balcony. The house is equipped with a crib and a high chair.

The vacation home is not suitable for groups of guests under the age of 25. We expressly emphasize that, for the sake of the neighbors, we place great importance on a quiet living environment and mutual consideration.

Note regarding arrival and departure: Please note that the key for the accommodation in Karlshagen must be picked up and returned there.

Vacation home half with 3 bedrooms, all located on the upper floor of the house. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the small balcony. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a baby crib. An additional baby bed can be set up in one of the other bedrooms.

The spacious living room features a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. A dining area for 6 people is directly adjacent to the living room. Meals can be served directly from the kitchen to the dining table through a serving hatch.

On the first floor, there is a guest restroom with a window. The bathroom, featuring a bathtub and shower, is located on the upper floor.

The vacation home features a terrace with patio furniture and sun loungers. Barbecuing is not permitted at this property. The property is fully fenced and includes a carport with a lockable shed for bicycles. We recommend this vacation home for 6 people and two babies who still sleep in cribs.
