About this house rental

Welcome to your home-away-from-home in Tavares! This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is the closest house to Hickory Point Park — just steps from Hickory Point soccer fields, volleyball courts, and public boat ramp. Perfect location for tournaments & lake activities

✔ Walk to Hickory Point Park – tournaments, boat ramp, playground, volleyball, & lakefront views
✔ 5 min to downtown Tavares – waterfront dining & seaplane rides
✔ 15 min to Mount Dora festivals, shopping & dining

Primary Bedroom: King size Bed
2nd Bedroom: Queen size Bed
3rd Bedroom with en suite bathroom: Queen size bed
4th bedroom: an office - but guests are welcome to bring an air mattress to provide extra sleeping.

This is my personal home when not booked. During your stay, I'm NOT on the property and I stay somewhere else— rest assured you’ll have complete privacy and full access to the house as if it were your own. But I’m a phone call or text away if you need anything during your stay. The Master Bedroom Closet and Garage will be locked and unavailable to guests.
