The house features three bedrooms... one room with a queen size bed, one room with a twin over full bunk bed, and one room with a single bed with a single pull out trundle bed. The living room features a large comfortable couch and a 55 inch HD television with 200+ cable channels. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and and a breakfast bar, and the house features a huge laundry room with washer and dryer. Outside, the property can accommodate four boats on trailers... two under the carport and one on each side of the house.... with plenty of room for other vehicles in the driveway. Or… You can leave the boat in the water tied up to the boardwalk in the canal. The canal behind the house is a 10-12 minute trip to Lake Eustis at required idle speed. Once you're to the lake, countless options await. There are numerous waterfront restaurants nearby that are accessible by boat, including Hurricane Dockside, Palm Gardens and Fish Camp. By land, the house is also close to EVERYTHING! Grocery stores, major chain restaurants, a large public boat ramp, and even a mall and movie theater are only about 2 miles way.
