About this house rental
This bright 80 m² accommodation, rated 4 stars, offers a peaceful and comfortable setting, ideal for relaxation. Your private 40 m² terrace with garden view features a dining area under the arbor and a covered lounge space, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.
You will be welcomed by the owners, who are present on site and speak only French, ensuring a friendly and warm stay. The services are identical whether you book directly or through a platform.
You will benefit from air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV with streaming and satellite services, bed linen and towels included (pool towels available as an option). Each accommodation also has a garden lounge, a barbecue, and a covered parking space with an electric charging station.
The heated pool (May to October) is accessible to all, with "quiet time" slots (1 pm–4 pm and after 7 pm, reserved for guests over 12, no noise). The outdoor areas are shared with the owners, and access to the estate is strictly reserved for travelers (guests not allowed).
We take care of the maintenance of the accommodations, cleaning, linen, and minor repairs. In high season, a welcome aperitif is offered, as well as, for an extra fee, breakfast and sophrology sessions. Final cleaning does not include dishes, emptying the fridge/dishwasher, or taking out the trash.
Located in a quiet environment, surrounded by vineyards and close to shops and the village of Roussillon, the estate allows quick access to the most beautiful villages of the Luberon.
