An Excellent Location and a Good House for Large Numbers.

We stayed at La Grasille for two weeks in June 2019. A large family party, ranging from 9 months of to 84 years of age; 7 adults and 4 children. We used 6 of the bedrooms, so it could easily accommodate larger groups.The bedrooms are mostly on the ground floor which made access easy. The large central room which has the dining area, sitting area and kitchen is cool in the hot weather. The furnishings and fittings are rustic rather than premium but that is fine for a rural property like this. The bedrooms are comfortable. The two bedrooms on the first floor have air conditioning and there is a good shower and lavatory on that level. The stairs are steep that makes it inaccessible for the elderly and difficult with babes in arms but comfortable for adults and older children. The bedrooms were quite cool but needed fans in the heat, none has an en suite lavatory but there are lavatories and showers on the ground floor. There is one bath, en suite to one bedroom and one bedroom has an en suite shower; look at the floor plan carefully when allocating rooms. Sheets and towels are supplied at an additional cost. We used the kitchen a great deal and ate in for most meals, using the large tables on the patio as our dining area, occasionally eating indoors when it was very hot during the day. The house has a good number of plates, crockery and eating utensils and we found cooking for a large number of people easy in the relatively small kitchen, which is well equipped. Having two large refrigerators, both with ice boxes, is a good idea and allowed us to store food and drink in the cool. The grounds are large and contain many toys and diversions for children and adults. We did not use the hot tub, which costs extra. Parking is good and there is plenty of space. The pool is good and secure which was essential with small children, some of the pool furniture needs replacing. The position is good, close to the main road but far enough away not to be annoyed by traffic noise. The house has a good southerly view from the garden, across the valley towards Bonnieux. The property is not in a village but is close enough to Apt to allow for easy shopping and the cycle track to the town centre is close to the house. The bikes are only good for short local excisions. Parking is good and there is plenty of space. Aurelie, who manages the property, was charming and helpful. We spent a very enjoyable time in La Grasille and would recommend it to large family groups.

This House with Garden and Pool and space for 14 People was a perfect location to celebrate my birthday with my friends and family. Everything was fine. We loved the pool and the house. The rooms were clean and fine. Enough bathrooms and toilets for all. Perfect. I will come again :-)

We loved this house! We spent two weeks with 3 couples and 3 babies/toddlers, having a great time. There is plenty of space and lots of sports equipment to keep everyone entertained. This was especially useful for us, because it is hard to visit cities or wineries with children. However, the surrounding is also amazing and there is lots to do. Perhaps not for young couples without kids - but for those who love nature, rest, wine, and historical villages, Luberon/Vaucluse is excellent. The service was also great, we have no complaints whatsoever about the owner, who lived nearby and regularly checked in to clean the pool. We communicated in English-French (he wrote and spoke in French, me in English most of the time).

La propriété est très fonctionnelle, spacieuse, confortable et très bien équipée dans tous les domaines. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour avec le soleil en prime ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la terrasse, de la piscine avec de nombreux transats, pétanque, baby foot, ping-pong etc... De plus elle est bien située pour les visites aux alentours et notamment le Colorado Provencal. Le propriétaire Patrick est très sympa et merci encore pour le cadeau de bienvenue. je recommande cette location. Françoise de ANNECY

Même à 13 chacun trouvait ,s'il le souhaitait , un lieu paisible et fleuri où s'isoler . Les lieux communs, salle à manger sous pergola en extérieur, salon , piscine = parfaitement sympa et bien équipés . Patrick s'occupait quotidiennement de la piscine et la proximité de son domicile faisait qu'il venait volontiers partager nos apéros ...à la bonne franquette. Vélo, golf , visite et rando à discrétion. Nous RECOMMANDONS vivement ce lieu de pais , isolé mais très proche d'Apt , de Lacoste , Bonnieux , Roussillon, Ménerbes etc..

Conforme à la description. Il est dommage que la piscine ne soit pas en adéquation ( longueur/largeur) avec la villa. Même si c’est conforme à l’annonce, c’est le point faible. Le jacuzzi est un plus apprécié. Forte utilisation donc suggestion de changer l’eau en cours de séjour.. séjour agréable et superbe vue.

La maison est spacieuse pour un groupe mais nécessiterait un rafraîchissement global. Le cadre est agréable. Le propriétaire est très intrusif et passe régulièrement dans la maison sans prévenir et sans se présenter. D'ailleurs le dernier jour il débute le ménage de la maison a 7h50 ce qui écourte un peu le séjour. Il n'est pas possible de profiter de l'extérieur le soir car tous les éclairages on été supprimés (piscine, pool house, terrain pétanque,...).

Très chouette maison, spacieuse, très agréable pour une famille nombreuse. Les chambres sont grandes, bien disposées. Chacun peut trouver son espace pour lire, jouer, se reposer, discuter. La cuisine est très conviviale, on y travaille à plusieurs avec plaisir tout en discutant avec le reste de la maisonnée. La terrasse est parfaite, le jardin super sympa, avec son jacuzi, son billard, son trempoline et tout le reste, il y en a pour tout le monde! Merci pour l'accueil vraiment chaleureux, simple et sans chichis. Tout ce qu'on demande quand on arrive en vacances!

Dans un cadre magnifique et au calme cette grande maison nous a offert de délicieuses vacances de printemps. Espaces extérieurs et intérieurs permettent à 3 générations de vivre ensemble en parfaite harmonie. Jeux pour adultes , enfants et BB à disposition. Une région magique pour découvrir les beautés du Lubéron. La piscine chauffée a grandement participé aux jeux de ces dernières vacances. Merci M Hommel

dans une tres belle région où nous avons pu faire des marches tous les jours, Quel plaisir de se retrouver dans cette belle maison ! propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée avec un propriétaire à l'écoute et prêt à tout mettre en oeuvre pour vous aider à passer un très bon séjour. il n'y a que des compliments à faire ! (des tapis dans les salles de bain, du savon aux lavabos, du déo dans les toilettes.....) merci à M. Hommel pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Avec notre groupe d'amis (13 adultes) nous avons passé une super semaine dans cette grande maison très agréable, au calme et dotée de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur (plancha + barbecue). Le temps était superbe et nous avons bien profité de la terrasse ombragée et de tous les petits coins sympas tout autour de la maison, au milieu des vignes et avec de très jolies vues sur les collines environnantes. Extras aussi la piscine, le billard, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de boules , et le baby-foot qui a rappelé de bons souvenirs à certains du groupe. En fait, une semaine c'était un peu court pour découvrir toute cette belle région et profiter en même temps de cette belle maison propre et bien entretenue. Merci à Patrick et Aurélie pour leur accueil et les bons conseils.

Nous venons de passer une super semaine en famille ( 10 adultes et 6 enfants) dans cette grande maison familiale simple mais très bien équipée pour les adultes et les enfants: billard, baby-foot, trampoline, chaise haute, lits bébés... dans une région magnifique; la maison est suffisamment isolée pour n'y entendre aucun bruit mais très proche d'Apt pour tous les commerces. Seul petit bémol, la piscine est trop petite pour une si grande maison et il n'y a pas de clim mais apparemment, elle est prévue pour 2019, donc tout ira bien!

Maison très bien placée pour rayonner dans les villages du Luberon Nous étions 12 et il y avait encore de la place. On recommande à 100%
