This charming holiday rental dating from the 18th century with a heated swimming pool for 8 people is located in a magical setting, surrounded by wine estates, in the countryside, near the village of Bonnieux, approximately 1.5 km from the centre and shops, in the heart of the Luberon (Vaucluse department)



During your holidays in Bonnieux, enjoy a splendid view of the villages of Lacoste, Bonnieux and the surrounding valley.



Imagine yourself in an authentic family house in the heart of Provence, surrounded by 4 hectares of nature where every detail breathes elegance and tradition.



Upon arrival, an electric gate opens onto a vast estate where the heated swimming pool (on request) invites you to relax, while the pool house equipped with a wrought iron lounge, sun loungers, a ping-pong table and a barbecue promises convivial moments with family or friends.



Four landscaped terraces welcome you to enjoy the Provençal sun at every hour of the day.



Inside, the charm works with an old bread oven, ancestral vaults and stone walls that give each room a warm and timeless atmosphere.



In summer, natural coolness and the refreshing floor offer optimal comfort to enjoy your stay in complete serenity.



You are approximately 27 km from CAVAILLON and 10 km from APT.



Lourmarin and its castle are about 15 km away, Roussillon and its ochre trails are 11 km away, and the Buoux cliffs are 10 km away.



EXTERIOR



Unfenced land of 4 hectares with electric gate.

Very beautiful heated swimming pool on request with a supplement of £300/week (6x12, depth from 1.2m to 1.8m, safety system of electric cover type, open from 1st May to end of October).



Poolhouse fitted with a very nice wrought iron lounge, sunbeds, a ping-pong table and a barbecue. The building also has 4 terraces (1 to the west and 3 to the east) fitted with garden lounges.



INTERIOR



The property is an old family house.



At its heart are an old bread oven and ancestral vaults.

The owners were careful to preserve the character of this building during its renovation.

Small stone corridors, adorned with vaults, give an unequalled charm.

Magnificent period stone walls adorn the rooms, also creating a warm and friendly atmosphere.



Natural freshness in summer and warmth in winter are on the agenda! The property also has a cooling floor for periods of intense heat waves.

Kitchen (20 m²) with fridge, dining area, induction hob, oven and microwave. Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer.



Stay, dining room (50 m²) with fireplace, TV (satellite channels), DVD, Blu-Ray player, iPod connections, Internet access.



1 independent toilet with hand basin.



Ground floor garden access independent entrance:



1 bedroom (25 m²) with a 160 double bed, an adjoining bathroom with a washbasin, shower and toilet.



1st FLOOR:



1 bedroom (12 m²) with 2 single beds 80, an adjoining bathroom with a sink, shower and WC. Ground floor:

1 bedroom (25 m²) with 2 single beds 80, bathroom. In an annex of the main building, on the 1st floor,

1 bedroom with 2 beds 80 and, on the ground floor, a bathroom with a sink, 1 shower and 1 WC.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are included: sheets, towels, beach towels, tea towels and tablecloths.



Baby equipment: 1 high chair and 1 travel cot.



Caution: €1,500;

Maximum occupancy: 8 people.

Pets allowed only upon request.

Heated pool on request: €300/week

Electricity according to consumption in low season (From the second fortnight of September until the second week of June inclusive).
