This updated 3-level ranch home comfortably fits large groups or 3 families and is ideal for wine lovers, foodies, and event-goers. Outdoor features include a saltwater pool and hot tub, bocce court, fire pit, kids’ play structure, Wolf BBQ, Green Egg, and outdoor dining. Indoors offers two spacious living rooms, three primary suites with ensuite baths, a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, wine fridge, Sonos sound, and large laundry room. Bedrooms include 3 king beds (2 in primary suites), 1 queen, 1 full, plus a detached casita with a king bed, sitting area, TV, and ensuite bath. The heart of the home is a Great Room with a 10-person dining table, chef’s island, and cozy fireplace. Downstairs features an additional living room with a locked wine cellar (for viewing only, no access), large TV, throne chairs, and a half bath.
