About this house rental
Welcome to your Sonoma countryside retreat! Nestled on 85 acres of open land in Bennett Valley, this home offers total privacy, incredible views, and all the space you need to unwind—yet just a short drive to Santa Rosa, wineries, and hiking trails. The pool is open all year round and is solar-heated from April to October. In the winter and off season months, the pool can be heated by an onsite propane tank for an additional fee.
The space:
-Expansive indoor living spaces with open-concept design
-Private pool (solar heated, with optional propane boost for an added fee) and plenty of lounge areas
-Comfortable bedrooms and flexible sleeping arrangements, great for families and groups
-Huge outdoor decks perfect for alfresco dining and sunset cocktails
-Fully equipped kitchen for group meals and entertaining
-Reliable Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and plenty of room to spread out
-Surrounded by rolling hills and natural beauty
You will have access to all places on the property with the exception of one master bedroom/bath. There will be nobody else on the property during your stay.
Our home is a perfect venue for a corporate retreat or private event however all events are to be approved by hosts before your stay.
Please note that this house was built in 1959 and has lots of charm but is not perfect. There are some cracked tiles and other small imperfections, we call it character. We have set the price to reflect this and hope you understand. It is also our primary vacation home so there will be some personal items around and there is no access to the master suite.

Our stay here was just wonderful! Everything was really well stocked and the hosts were super easy to communicate with. We loved spending time at the beautiful pools, enjoying the views, hiking, and cooking. We couldn’t have asked for more.

What an ideal place for a large group! We had 16 ladies staying at the property (max capacity!) and it was SO ideal! Our only mistake… not staying longer! We so wish we had enough time to have a pool/hot tub day and relax at home, but we of course got carried away by vineyard activities ;)
I think the property is best suited for maybe 12 people (so no one has to sleep on a sleeper sofa), but for an area that is already hard to find properties for a large group, we really couldn’t have asked for anything better! Simply beautiful property - especially the multiple outdoor seating areas!

This was an unforgettable experience. The accommodations were very nice. The landscaping was serene. It's perfect for large groups. The three living rooms and large kitchen were so convenient. Overall one of the best rental experiences.
