This fabulous Sonoma County vineyard estate sits on 45 acres in the heart of wine country. We are perfect for a family gathering, friends getaways, and offsite work venue. The property is fully furnished with 8 beds (comfortable sleeping for 12 guests), gourmet kitchen, pool, hot tub, satellite TV and 50 mbs internet access all included in the rental. This is a high-quality home with modern finishes, oriental carpets, a fully-equipped kitchen and amenities throughout. Breathtaking views of 200 acres of vineyards, pond, and horses from almost every room. The home offers quiet privacy overlooking the original Kendall Jackson estate vineyards, with the award-winning Matanzas Creek winery tasting room just down the road. Nearby Healdsburg, Kenwood, Glen Ellen, and Sonoma invite you to famous wineries, as well as the Carneros AVA, home of California sparkling wine. Looking northward, the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay mecca of the Russian River Valley AVA is just minutes away. The elegant tasting rooms, galleries, and shops of Healdsburg are 20 minutes up 101. What a great property. We had 9 adults and 1 dog in our party - Ariana was incredibly responsive (even put up a Christmas tree for us). The house and surrounding property is beautiful. Kitchen is well stocked. The house is spacious and plenty of space to have alone time. Also, the property is close by to grocery stores, restaurants, nature preserves. Wonderful time!

I booked this home for a getaway with 7 friends that had not seen each other in over 2 years. This property is beautiful and very spacious. It is located in the heart of wine country in Santa Rosa, but is tucked away in a peaceful area, so noise and light pollution are not issues during the day or night. The home is spacious and accommodated our party well and could actually fit several more people. The house manager met us on arrival to orient us to the home and there was a beautiful large welcome basket with snacks and wine that was very appreciated after our long day of travel. The house is older and a few things could use some minor updates (kitchen fridge probably needs replacing, but there were spare fridges in the pantry and garage that kept our items very cold, a few of the lights and the back door lock didn't seem to work) but overall I would stay at this house again for a family or friend trip. The view from every window is so picturesque and like looking at a painting with vineyards behind the home, and rolling hills with grazing horses on other sides of the home. The pool is as beautiful as pictured, and the spa was a welcome retreat each night after dinner. The kitchen is the best stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental, both with every appliance you could imagine, coffee supplies, and basic ingredients for cooking, a wine cellar and plenty of plates, silverware and glassware. The check in and check out process was quite easy and the hosts were incredibly gracious. They were even helpful in accepting a package for me prior to our arrival as I was making gift bags for our guests and didn't want to pack the gifts in my carry on. This home is perfect for large families, friends groups or couples vacations. It is beautiful, well-appointed and peaceful. The house manager couldn't have been more kind and helpful in making sure we had everything we needed! I hope that I have the opportunity to stay here again! Thank you for hosting our group!
