About this house rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 200 m² manor house for rent in Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It has a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three shower rooms and a garden of around 3,000 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A 50 m² living room with a small lounge (TV, sofas)
- A second living room and lounge area
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc., and a dining area
- A utility room
- Separate WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 1: with king-size bed (180×200) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room (with shower and WC)
- Bedroom 3: with two double beds (140×190) and en suite shower room
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful, private, unenclosed garden of 3,000 m².
- A 70 m² south-facing terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A second 100 m² terrace at the rear of the manor house.
The manor house is ideally located in Saint-Onen-la-Chapelle, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.
Activities :
- Lake Trémelin and its water sports centre
- The Brocéliande forest
- The town of Saint Méen le Grand: swimming pool, cinema, museum, hiking
- Ploërmel: Taupont lake and watersports centre, golf course
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Montaubon de Bretagne, about 10 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, about 35 km away
