About this house rental
The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Guitté. It has a floor area of 150 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.
It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, four spacious bedrooms, two shower rooms, and a garden of around 500 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 40 m² living room with two sofas, a TV, a wood-burning stove (first fire included), a small desk and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and an en-suite shower room
- A separate toilet
On the first floor:
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200)
- Two bedrooms, each with two single beds (90x190)
- A mezzanine area
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A private, heated swimming pool (8x4m), open from 1 April to 30 September, with an electric cover.
- A beautiful, unfenced private garden of 500 m² with a south-facing terrace, complete with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
The house is ideally situated in Guitté, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, right in the countryside. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...
Things to do:
- Visit Dinan (a medieval town), 20 minutes’ drive away
- The Emerald Coast, 30 minutes’ drive away: Dinard and its casino, Saint-Malo and its ramparts, and Cancale and its oyster market.
- Numerous walks along the banks of the Rance
- The Forest of Brocéliande, 30 minutes’ drive away
- A visit to Rennes, 45 minutes’ drive away
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private outdoor car park (4 spaces – all vehicle types).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest railway station: Caulnes, 4 km away
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 55 km away
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this property is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.

- The wood-burning stove is in working order; the first fire is free (after that, please pay €5 per fire)
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
- Children swimming are the sole responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are subject to change and dependent on favourable weather conditions
