This is a 100m² wooden chalet on one level with a very intimate pergola. It is composed of a large entrance, a living/dining room with sofa bed, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet and finally three bedrooms with double beds.
On foot for hikers, by bike for cyclists, by car for tourists.
The inns in the villages of Saint-André-des-Eaux (1km) and Le Quiou (3kms) offer organic regional products.
The village of Evran (4kms) where the Ille & Rance Canal passes, concentrates all the shops and fuel distribution.
The chalet is very well insulated, summer and winter.
It is equipped in each room with electric storage heaters made of refractory stone.
The water heater has a large capacity.
The floor is laminated parquet.
The kitchen appliances are in very good condition.
The crockery and cutlery are sized for 10 people.
