Very close to Ygeia and Mitera hospitals and OAKA. A 2-bedroom, 100 sq. m house, with a private parking spot, fully equipped with all house appliances, including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, oven, espresso machine and toaster. There is a 47" smart TV for Netflix and Youtube, TRX equipment and a fireplace for the cold winter days. The house has two balconies with plants to relax.
