Exceptionally clean, staff were efficient and welcoming. Walking distance to the Golden Hall Shopping Mall (which is massive) and Telekom Centre where we attended the Rod Stewart concert. Good communication over my arrival time which I accidentally put in as 2am but staff noticed this and queried this so it could be resolved. Thanks for a nice stay.

Air con was good, love the little tooth brush set, fresh towels everyday and bed made. The staff were nice and helpful.
The breakfast was poor, no hot option.

Good location for the olympic stadium
Nice to have some water and tea and coffee in the room
Air con was poor didnt really cool the room down in one of the hottest days this summer
Kettle was dangerous and did not cut off , big risk of steam burns

Rooms were well equipped, for the price
Not being help full looks like no attention was given when there is issues. Always try to let go without taking action often frustrate guest.
