Great place and recommend this property however, power cut off on my last morning spoiled it.

Great place, very clean and friendly staff

On my last day I was going a webinar to over 500 employees and at 8.30 am when I was mid way through, the power cut off and this was extremely embarrassing for me

Generally okay for solo traveler.

It was good location for me because it’s close to O.A.K.A. The room was clean, nothing special, nothing to complain.

One of the best in this part of Athens

The property was exceptional, very clean and organised. The host had the AC running (summer reservation) before our arrival and had also water in the freezer. The apartment was very clean, with clean towels, small but handy amenities and had a fully functional kitchen area. The location was a charm, having olive trees and we could easily find free parking on the street, just in front of the flat.

Handy little apartment, just what we needed.

I loved how close this was to the clinic we were going to for fertility treatment. Cosy little apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. Amazing communication from owner of the property.

Good functional apartment

Property had a lot of space and the amenities were good. TV was big and lots of dos r to relax on the apartment. Very nice the host left some water and snacks for us.

We were on the first floor and there was a balcony but covered by trees so didn’t get much sunlight. Window in the bathroom was not fully frosted so the neighbours could see you. It was a bit cold and the duvet had been packed away and we would have liked the option to use it. Lights at the front of the door to A1 was not working and loads of flies and mosquitoes around the main door.

Comfy and great location

We stayed here as we were visiting for IVF treatment from Ark IVF. The Vivo Apartments are about an 8 min walk from the clinic which is super handy. The apartment we had was really spacious. Facilities were good and the bed was really comfy, which helps with the IVF. Communication from Dimitris was great and clear as to how to gain entry etc. For the four nights we were there, it was a nice place to stay. Would definitely visit again if we were around.

Relaxing and chilled stay

We stayed in apartment 14 and A1 during our time in Athens and loved the modern and open plan feel. We were close to the hospital walking distance for appointments and Dimitra was great helping us to extend our stay.

Location is very convenient and 8 mins from walk to the hospital where I had my treatment. Highly recommended.

Door to get into the property is very squeaky and keep me awake when someone opens and close it. Otherwise nothing major of a problem.

Perfect location if you are going to concert to Olympic stadium - walking distance. Comunication with host was very easy, apartement was very nice, clean and very well equipte . We were satisfied with everything.

Large modern units

Rooms are very spacious, more than what we needed and we were surprised with the size according to the price we paid. We enjoyed a very pleasant stay in a well-equipped unit. Entering and exiting in early morning hours was very easy with the lockbox system they implemented. They send all the necessary information before you check-in and send reminder before check-out.

Overall a good stay, definitely recommend! 😊

The location was perfect, and good street parking available. The area wasn't too busy to drive around. Plus the staff were amazing, whenever I asked something they were quick to respond and advise. They even went and purchased a work table and chair for me even though it was not part of the booking so they did it out of their goodwill! Which I very much appreciated. The cleaners were also very helpful, even though english was minimal, I somehow still managed to explain and they always delivered with a smile! Overall very happy with this stay!

The windows and doors were quite weak, and not really sound proof so whenever the main gate would shut and open, you would hear a big bang which would occasionally wake me up because how loud it was, and even during the night also which was quite disturbing! The bed mattress was abit weak aswell as every morning I would wake up with a back ache 😔

Cleanness is an issue, the host - also

Close to the hospital (5 min walking), spacious for 2 persons and comfortable bed.

The arrival - the door was locked with a latch key from inside. the owner/manager of the property did not prove very helpful. Half an hour attempts to remove the iron locker from outside ..Succeeded somehow to open by myself. The cleanness is not as expected - from 1 to 10 (perfect clean being 10) I would put 4. No even a bottle of water at arrival. Very noisy, so you cannot sleep with open windows.
