Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή της Αθήνας στα βόρεια προάστια κοντά στο Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο, σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από τη Λεωφόρο Κηφισίας. Βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο και έχει μπαλκόνι και ανοίγματα με απεριόριστη θέα προς το Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο και τον Υμηττό. Διαθέτει καναπέ, μεγάλο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και καφετιέρα. Βρίσκεται σε τοποθεσία που βρίσκεις εύκολα παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά από την οικοδομή. Η οικοδομή είναι ήσυχη με λίγα διαμερίσματα και η πόρτα εισόδου κλειδώνει αυτόματα όταν μπεις ή βγεις.
Το ασανσέρ στην οικοδομή ανεβαίνει μέχρι τον 4ο όροφο και μετά πρέπει να βγεις και να ανέβεις στον 5ο με τα πόδια, κάτι που είναι δύσκολο αν κάποιος έχει αρκετές αποσκευές ή κάποιο κινητικό πρόβλημα.

The location was great for food and OAKA within walking distance was great. The ease of check in and safety of the building was also a plus.
The water would not get hot, but only lukewarm. I checked to see if the water heater was turned on (or needed to be). Everything was on and yet it still produced only warm water.
The bigger negative was the smell of cigarettes. The room smelled immensely like cigarettes once we walked in the door. I’m not sure if it was once owned by a smoker and it is now in the carpets, but it’s something that needs to be taken care of. Coming from a family of smokers, it did not affect me, but I do expect a room being rented to have a fresher, non-cigarette scent.

Ήταν σε πολύ όμορφη τοποθεσία και αρκετά φωτεινό το σπίτι
Πήγαμε το βράδυ στο κατάλυμα να πάρουμε τα κλειδιά και δεν υπήρχαν. Μας είπαν ότι θα περιμένουμε 20-30 λεπτά και έκαναν σχεδόν μια ώρα να έρθουν. Μια ημέρα μετά μας πήρε ένας τεχνικός για να αλλάξει τον αφαλό στην πόρτα χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση από τους ιδιοκτήτες. (Πήραμε εμείς να μάθουμε αν ισχύει)
Ωστόσο αυτές οι εργασίες θα μπορούσαν να γίνουν αφού φύγουμε από το κατάλυμα.
Κατανοώ ότι λάθη μπορούν να γίνουν αλλά η όλη αντιμετώπιση δεν ήταν επαγγελματική.
Δεν μας ενημέρωσε κανείς για το πως λειτουργεί ο θερμοσίφωνας και η μοκέτα κάτω είναι ανθυγιεινή για έναν τέτοιο χώρο που φιλοξενεί τόσο κόσμο.
