The location was great for food and OAKA within walking distance was great. The ease of check in and safety of the building was also a plus.

The water would not get hot, but only lukewarm. I checked to see if the water heater was turned on (or needed to be). Everything was on and yet it still produced only warm water. The bigger negative was the smell of cigarettes. The room smelled immensely like cigarettes once we walked in the door. I’m not sure if it was once owned by a smoker and it is now in the carpets, but it’s something that needs to be taken care of. Coming from a family of smokers, it did not affect me, but I do expect a room being rented to have a fresher, non-cigarette scent.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή της Αθήνας στα βόρεια προάστια κοντά στο Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο, σε πολύ μικρή απόσταση από τη Λεωφόρο Κηφισίας. Βρίσκεται στον 5ο όροφο και έχει μπαλκόνι και ανοίγματα με απεριόριστη θέα προς το Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο και τον Υμηττό. Διαθέτει καναπέ, μεγάλο κρεβάτι και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και καφετιέρα. Βρίσκεται σε τοποθεσία που βρίσκεις εύκολα παρκάρισμα στο δρόμο μπροστά από την οικοδομή. Η οικοδομή είναι ήσυχη με λίγα διαμερίσματα και η πόρτα εισόδου κλειδώνει αυτόματα όταν μπεις ή βγεις.

Το ασανσέρ στην οικοδομή ανεβαίνει μέχρι τον 4ο όροφο και μετά πρέπει να βγεις και να ανέβεις στον 5ο με τα πόδια, κάτι που είναι δύσκολο αν κάποιος έχει αρκετές αποσκευές ή κάποιο κινητικό πρόβλημα.

1. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ρετιρέ και σε συνδυασμό με την τεράστια μοκέτα που διαθέτει το καθιστούν ιδιαίτερα ζεστό. Αυτο σημαίνει οτι το κλιματιστικό αν δεν το έχετε σε λειτουργία θα βράσετε στη ζέστη. 2. Ενω το κλιματιστικό φαίνεται καινούριο το χειριστήριο είναι πανάρχαιο και χρήζει αλλαγής. Για να το κλείσουμε έπρεπε να πατάμε τυχαία διάφορα κουμπιά. 3. Δεν έκλειναν όλα τα πατζούρια.

Sehr gut für kurze Aufenthalte, ich komme gerne wieder.

Tolles Appartement, die Aussicht ist einmalig. Alles sehr einfach mit dem Self-Check in. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und das Bad ist klein aber fein.

Es fehlt an ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Öl zum Kochen, Pfeffer, ein Schneidemesser) und ein kleiner Tisch auf der Terasse wäre toll.

Όλα ωραία και καλά, αλλά!!!

Ήταν μικρό, ζεστό, προσεγμένο σε λεπτομέρειες και γενικά περιποιημένο Studio με καταπληκτική θέα από 3 πλευρες..

Δεν μου άρεσε η μη επιστρεψιμη τιμή και μάλιστα χωρίς δυνατότητα αλλαγής ημερομηνιών. Δεύτερον το γεγονός ότι καθυστέρησα λόγω δουλειάς μισή ώρα στην παράδοση του δωματίου και δημιουργήθηκε μια δυσανασχετηση από την πλευρά της ιδιοκτητριας καθώς μου είπε ότι η επόμενη άφιξη ήταν στις 2 και θα έπρεπε άμεσα να έρθει η καθαριστρια...Στα μηνύματα όμως της δικής μου κράτησης, η ώρα άφιξης αναγραφοταν ως 3 μ.μ...Δύο μέτρα και δύο σταθμά ενδεχομένως ή μια ευγενική πρόφαση? Η σχέση ποιότητας τιμής θεωρώ ότι ήταν δυσανάλογη για τις υπηρεσίες που προσέφερε.. Παράδειγμα ξενοδοχείο 4 αστέρων την ίδια μέρα μαζί με πρωινό, είχε genius τιμή στα 85 ευρώ... Δυστυχώς το είδα πιο μετά στην πλατφόρμα και δεν είχα τη δυνατότητα να ακυρώσω την συγκεκριμένη κρατηση
