Parking availability is also a plus. location is very nice and easy access to golden hall, oaka and other places on the northern side of Athens.
Only minor issue (which i i could handle it differently e.g contacting the vivo team to help me out) the room was very warm (which i'm assuming could be based on central under floor heating that i couldn't understand how to turn off. Nevertheless i've used the A/C and temperature was sorted.

We are an English couple giving birth in IASO hospital and the location for me (father to be) was perfect where I could walk 5 minutes to get to this apartment and have a good shower and sleep. Great location, quiet and easy street parking with nice detail of providing free snacks and drinks for guests. I will be back thank you.
If I were to be very picky then it’s just the attention to detail from wear and tear on the wood (patched up wooded doors from wet room), tiles (chipped) and cabinets (dated) which are down to a slightly poor finish (I’m a luxury house/villa builder) but this reflects the better price.

The room was not clean and there were ants everywhere. There were also a lot of short hair on the linen.
