About this house rental
This stylish home was updated in 2024. It is a great place to stay and is perfect for family trips. Located centrally near many restaurants, shopping, grocery, drug stores, Emory Hospital and doctor offices. All new furniture and many new appliances, this home will be very comfortable and convenient. Property is a 3 story town house. First floor has access to the garage, guest bedroom and full bath. 2nd floor is main living area with eat in kitchen, living room, dining space, balcony and half bath. 3rd floor offers a large master bedroom with walk in closet, his/her bathroom with separated sinks, tub, and shower bay. Toilet is in its own (private) space. Guest room #2 is on the other side of the home (no common walls) with a queen bed, dresser (not pictured), and private bathroom with shower stall. Washer and dryer are centrally located between the 3rd floor bedrooms in the hallway. All space is for guests to use except owner's closet on main floor. Home is yours to use and fully private. Parking is limited to one car in driveway and one car in garage. No street parking is allowed. Garbage day is Monday and I ask that you take care of the garbage by setting out the night before and returning the day of garbage day please. Guest parking is at either end of the neighborhood. Again, no street parking or you will be quickly towed.
