This house was exactly what we needed for a 3 week stay with two adults and 2 children (5 and 2). The kitchen has seemingly brand new appliances and was well stocked upon arrival.
Beds were comfortable, large shower, nice lounge. Two parking spots just outside the door. It really felt like a home for the time we were there.
It is well within walking distance of Alpharetta town center, especially in the cooler evenings.
The host was also amazing, checking in on the first few days, providing a wealth of local info and available to be contacted throughout the stay.
Only minor niggle was that the AC fan was quite loud, but we got used to it quickly
