it was an easy walk to downtown alpharetta which is so quaint and beautiful. the only reason i gave accuracy 4 stars is because it would have been good to know that there is a resident that lives in the downstairs part of the house. we heard someone talking and heard music and thats how we found out.

This house needs some more work. Seems like a purchase and quick move to make VRBO. Downstairs is another property and a tenant. We had issues with towels but he handled it. It wasn’t very clean and a few things broken or badly put together. Washer/dryer are super small like for a small space. Heat had issue. Just needs a little more work.
