It is a five-minute drive to downtown making dining out a breeze. Each bedroom features a cozy queen bed, perfect for a tremendous night's sleep. One bedroom and one full bath is on the ground floor with only one step to enter, making it easier for those with mobility challenges. This property is permitted for six total occupants (regardless of age) and three vehicles. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, no events, and no commercial photography or filming allowed.
Winter adventures await you in Durango. This property is 0.6 miles from the Chapman Hill skating rink and ski hill. Easy access to Highway 550 will speed you off for your adventures at Purgatory ski resort or a relaxing day at the Durango Hot Springs. The Animas River Trail is nearby for a stroll on a sunny Winter day.

House was great, all the comforts of home. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet. Close to downtown, food, shops and surrounding places to visit. A great home base for what we wanted to see and do.
