This 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom luxury condo (Unit 3F) is all about it's exceptional location as it is located in heart of Durango's tourist district. Walk to all the downtown area restaurants, shops and entertainment. There are six restaurants alone on the building's block.
The condo is also one block from the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Depot and Durango's downtown movie theater. Lifestyle in this condo is like staying at a luxury resort with dining and entertainment options adjacent and of the highest quality.
The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles.
Bed Configuration:
Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite bath(downstairs)
2nd Bedroom - Queen with TV (downstairs)
3rd Sleeping Area - Bunk Beds (single over single) (downstairs)
The living area and kitchen are on the main level. Bedrooms are located downstairs.
Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The unit was exactly as described, clean , fully stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable! We loved that the location was so close to downtown where we walked to dinner and window shopped. It was a perfect stay for 2 couples and we would 100% book this unit again

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

We were able to walk everywhere downtown including the train station, restaurants and shopping. The unit itself was nice but in serious need of updates. All furniture and appliances aged and appear to be old. I wouldn’t stay here again based on that.
