This Property features a high-end luxury finish with ash wood flooring throughout, 4K flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedrooms all with Roku and YouTubeTV, American Leather pull-out sleeper sofa with queen size Premier Mattress, fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The building has electronic security and elevator access to all levels with secure, fully-enclosed underground parking for two vehicles. Simply park your car and leave it there while you walk outside to enjoy all the Durango has to offer!

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units in the Mears Building, are NOT pet friendly.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Mears House. The condo was very nicely layed out, easy to get to, secure and within walking distance to downtown for shopping and the train.

The experience of staying at this unit was severely damaged by property manager using e-mail and text communication instead of phone to resolve security issues with both the condo and its parking garage. That combined with multiple access codes and keypads located where lighting is inadequate was not pleasant. One miniature ice cube tray, really? Very poor! Are unable to recommend VRC.
