Nestled in downtown Belleville, this delightful house offers 2 bedrooms. The largest bedroom has a king sized bed (sleeps 2) and the second room has a queen sized bed (sleeps 2), which makes it perfect for a small group of guests. We also have a CordaRoy bean bag with a queen sized mattress inside it. With amenities like Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, AC, heating, and a fully equipped kitchen. In the basement there is a laundry area with an iron. Welcome, your stay will be comfortable and hassle-free. The bathroom comes equipped with a hair dryer, a make-up mirror and a detachable shower head for your convenience. We hope you enjoy what our place and Belleville has to offer. You can hail a ride with the Belleville flyer for only $3 per trip (please confirm the areas they serve). The home is very close to Scott AFB. Downtown Belleville has lots of restaurants and entertainment. You have access to your own driveway just in front of the home. There are security cameras at every entrance but none inside the home for respect, privacy and protection of the guests. We don’t want to be weird.
This neighborhood is very quiet and our neighbors are wonderful people. The noise ordinance starts at 10 PM - 8 AM. Absolutely no wild partying here. The other half of this duplex is occupied. I have a firm rule about smoking. Please no smoking, no vaping, no recreational drug use anywhere inside or immediately outside the property.

We had an excellent stay. Very comfortable and clean property. Irene was an awesome host. Property is in a quiet neighborhood that feels out of the way but is convenient to local attractions and the city of Belleville. Definitely recommend and would stay here again if needed.
