This updated home has a 1 car garage, a beautiful deck. All furniture, utilities and household goods included: Dishes, bedding, pots/pans. Enjoy a full size washer and dryer in the laundry room, a full kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal. Grill and patio furnishings on the deck. Utilities include: Electric, cable, internet, wireless internet. Master bedroom has queen size bed and a television. Second Bedroom has a queen-sized bed as well which will easily accommodate two guests. Furnishings are top notch, living room has wood laminate floors, kitchen has tile flooring, flat top stove, sky light in the bathroom.
Great corporate lodging, TDY, PCS, or lodging for temporary work in the area. Quite neighborhood close to shopping centers and I-64. Quick 20-minute drive to downtown St. Louis. Less than 5 miles from Scott Air Force Base. I can arrange to meet you at check in at any time of day or you can access the key via lockbox. I live 3 miles from the house and am available 24 hours a day.

This 2 bedroom home is part of a duplex with it's own one-car garage, which is nice. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but very close to major thoroughfares with easy access to amenities. The pictures of the backyard are misleading....there is no grass. But, it is fenced in, which is helpful if you have pets. The interior is quite dated, but that is reflected in the price....you will not find a space this size in this area for a better price. But, the best aspects of this space are its cleanliness and the responsiveness of the host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

This property is exactly as the listing shows. In a nice and safe neighborhood. The owners are nice and respond quickly. The kitchen is well stocked. It was perfect for our visit with relatives.

We had such a wonderful experience staying at this property for a month. The host thought of everything and had the house totally ready for us with our every convenience. The home itself is super cute with a nice backyard and the neighborhood is beautiful and so family friendly. Just a 30 min drive to STL. Our stay was just perfect.
