About this house rental
In the heart of the Cotentin Marshes, located in a large farmhouse, surrounded by horses and goats. 10 minutes from the beach.
Discover a space with a comfortable gîte. You can enjoy a private garden, enclosed for your pets and its barbecue to spend peaceful moments with friends or family.
Ideally located, at the foot of the GR 223 leading to Utah Beach.

The accommodation
The cottage with a capacity of 4 to 6 people consists of a beautiful living room of 37m2 living room / living room with connected TV (102cm) / kitchen. On the first floor: bathroom with bathtub (towels provided), separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 1st bedroom with double bed (160x200, sheets provided) + wardrobe, 2nd bedroom with 2 beds (90x190, sheets provided) possibility to glue them and benefit from a duvet for 2 people + wardrobe, 1 mezzanine which ensures you a calm and quiet space benefiting from a sofa bed with comfortable mattress (sheets provided).
You will also be able to enjoy a garden where the following facilities are located: garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
The cottage is 5 minutes by car from all amenities (shops, restaurants, train station, cinema, aquatic center...). PGJyPg
Possibility to rent bicycles nearby. If you come by train, on request it is possible to pick you up at Carentan station.
Passenger access
Entire accommodation in the typical farmhouse of the region. Access to the goat meadows.
