Plenty of space, close to restaurants

Great location.

The location was perfect. Center of town and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the airborne museum. A side note, we were not aware that some restaurants close between 2 pm and 7 pm. There was a supermarket about 2 km away, and the kitchen had lots of pots and pans to be able to cook your own meal. The outside patio was also very nice.

No toaster in the kitchen.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful place.

Amazing gîte right in the heart of Sainte-Mère-Église,looking out onto the town square and church. Plenty of space and comfortable bedrooms. We'll stocked kitchen and enclosed rear yard for relaxing. Free parking in the church square with a residents disc provided by lovely owner,Mme Cousin.

Hidden gem

This property was ideally situated directly in front of the church in St Mere Eglise. Felt special walking out the door every day. You can’t dream of a better location! The rooms were spacious! The house had enough space where everyone could relax and not feel cramped or on top of one another.

We were never able to connect to WiFi, and were unable to properly convey that to the property manager so they could help us. WiFi would have helped tremendously because the cell reception in the home was horrible! Might as well be off grid. There is laundry, but located outside next to the patio. Not worth it in the wind and rain. There is also no dryer. A baby chair/high chair would have been very helpful!

Ok for a nights stay.

The property is well equipped in the kitchen. Plenty of toilette rolls and cleaning products. There is enough cutlery and plates act.

This property is advertised by the picture being over a flower shop. Well it is not, it is a fast food restaurant open until 12 midnight. So a constant stream of customers banging the door and scraping the chairs and the toilet flushing!!! And between 3 and 4 am in the morning they have deliverys ! The living room area certainly does not allow 7 people to sit in there, the sofa only allows 2 people to sit down. So the evenings are uncomfy after a day of sightseeing.

Indrukwekkend stukje geschiedenis.

Fijne accommodatie die van alle gemakken voorzien is. Gastvrouw deed alle moeite ondanks taalproblemen. Parkeren tegenover het huis middels een gratis parkeerkaart die door de gastvrouw verstrekt is.
