Gîte 'La Bergerie - Le Mas De Peyraube' with shared pool, communal garden and Wi-Fi

This rustic and comfortable gîte combines old stones, thick walls, and wood to ensure the typical coolness of old farmhouses in summer. You can relax on your sheltered terrace, equipped with a plancha grill and comfortable seating.



Located in Bessas, this independent 50 m² gîte, at the heart of a traditional farmhouse, accommodates up to 4 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a large mezzanine bedroom accessible from the kitchen by a steep staircase, and a bathroom with toilet. There are two beds in the mezzanine bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. A television is also available.



Please note that cleaning and bed linen are not included in the rental. The accommodation must be cleaned by you before departure. If cleaning is not done, a cleaning deposit is required at the beginning of your stay and may be cashed at the end. Bed linen can be rented on request and payment must be made on site.



The shared outdoor pool is accessible daily from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with access reserved for minors accompanied by adults. The pool is closed from November to May. You also benefit from a communal garden and shared on-site parking.



Two other gîtes are also available on site, allowing up to 11 people in total for family or friends' gatherings, each having their own space while enjoying shared moments.
