About this house rental
Cocoonr agency offers this charming 80 m² air-conditioned house in Beaulieu to rent for up to 7 people.
It comprises a pretty 58 m² air-conditioned living room with a fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 50 m². Wifi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- A bright 58 m² living room with dining area and sofa.
- Open-plan kitchen with appliances including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
On the mezzanine:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x200) and a single bed (90x190)
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside :
- A beautiful 50 m² garden
- A 9 m² front terrace, facing north
- A 9 m² south-facing terrace at the rear, with furniture to make the most of the fine weather and an uninterrupted view of the distant mountains.
The house is located in the Beaulieu countryside, in a very peaceful setting. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are nearby (around 20 minutes by car).
What to do:
- The Ardèche Gorges for canoeing and swimming
- Caves to visit: St Marcel, La Madeleine, Chauvet, La Forestière, Aven d'Orgnac
Hiking, cycling and quad biking
- Car, motorbike, quad and karting circuits at Saint-Ambroix
- Swimming pool at Lablachère "La perle d'eau", slides, indoor and outdoor pools.
- The Ardèche steam train.
- The animal park at Lussas
Transport :
A car is essential for access to the accommodation. You can park directly in the house's private car park (two spaces).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Alès, about 40 km away
- Nearest airport: Nîmes, about 87 km away
