The place is beautiful, but Pierre & Vacances is a rip-off

the location, kitchenwares provided, our neighboring apartments are quiet and the reception answering our call even if they didn't do anything helpful the swimming pool helps when the weather is too hot.

You could get lost trying to find which entrance to go. The sink was disgusting. The toilets don't flush well. Gotta flush many times, which is why there was still some poop left in the toilet bowl when we arrived. It takes time and patience to use their appliances. We had to fix the TV because though it turns on, there's no signal, so there are no channels. The dishwasher didn't work, and after calling for help, reception told us to keep turning it on and off until it does. You could hear the fridge compressor noise the whole night. The beds are too small for someone big. The sofa bed is spacious, but it is squeaky and uncomfortable. There's no check-in, so I guess anyone can easily enter, so you don't always feel safe. You only interact with the staff on the phone, giving you instructions on what to do, and then you are on your own. The quality of their service is poor considering that I paid 307 euros for 2 nights. By the way, there's no air-conditioning so it is extremely hot during summer and you can't keep your windows open, there are no screens , insects can get in. When we came home, I read comments about the place and glad to know that I wasn't the only one who didn't have luck. Those who gave 1 star did tell the truth, and the management didn't seem to care. There are even foreigners/ tourists who felt discriminated. I had better service and a great time in the other places I rented before, and they were a lot cheaper! No more Pierre & Vacances for us.

Aucune animation et snack qui ouvre à 16h pas pratique pour le midi et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou autre avant j’étais venu il y a 6 ans et il y avait des animations et la restauration etait ouverte franchement je gardais un bon souvenir mais là pas top
