3 story, 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom townhouse. There are extra outlets near each bed and desk.
Floor 1: Bedroom with full bed, couch, desk, and sliding glass door with view of garden patio.
Floor 2: Half bath, kitchen, dining space, living room with fireplace, TV, desk, and balcony with table and chairs.
Floor 3: Full bath with tub and handheld shower head, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, queen size air mattress in hall closet, laundry room, and second balcony with table and chairs.
Patio: String lights over dining table with seating for 6 + fire pit with 4 chairs and 2 side tables. Charcoal BBQ + 6' prep table.
Guest access
Guest will have private access to the entire home and backyard patio but no access to the garage.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
There may be some noise from the train yard across the street.
