With space for 8 guests (6 adults, 2 children), this home offers the perfect blend of timeless charm and modern comfort for a memorable stay.

LIVING: Relax in this bright and stylish space featuring a comfy L-shaped white sofa with soft green pillows. Enjoy the Smart TV with streaming services or unwind with the beautiful outdoor view through the large windows.
DINING: This bright dining area seats six and includes a high chair for little ones. A cozy pendant light and large windows create a warm, inviting atmosphere.

The Ballard Blue House is an exceptional property that provided an unforgettable stay. The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, including coffee, spices, and cooking tools, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Conveniently located in the rear of the house, the parking area offers ample space. The spacious backyard, illuminated by landscape lights, provides a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing. The house boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by central air conditioning. The addition of two separate living spaces, with a dedicated area in the basement for teenagers, enhances the accommodation’s appeal. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and promptness in addressing any inquiries regarding the property. If we were to return to Seattle, we would undoubtedly choose to stay at the Ballard Blue House once again.

Went to visit my family in Seattle. House says 3 bedrooms, which is accurate. But the house is much bigger. Huge living area downstairs and has a landing on the 3rd floor. Great location too. We plan on staying at that house again.
