What you will love about this home
We have a spacious home with a generous yard in back and inviting patio deck and front porch. You will enjoy the lovely views of the ocean from the main floor as well as the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is newly remodeled and opens up with an accordion window to the patio. Nice finishes like central AC, all new amenities, washer and dryer, extra fridge downstairs, an insta-hot and clean refinished fir/hardwoods and granite throughout. The giant Linden tree also lends welcome shade. We hope you love our home as much as we do!
What you will love about this neighborhood
Our home sits comfortably in the Alki neighborhood of West Seattle with calming views of the peaceful waters in the Sound. You will be an easy five minute walk to the beach and all its charms. You are also next to an old growth 50 acre forest named Schmitz preserve park with lots of lovely walking trails. All of West Seattle is very walkable, with several community hubs nearby. Easy access to transit - bus (15 to 20 minutes to downtown), water taxi, ferry. There is so much life here. Residents truly love living here and you will feel it too.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master has a king bed, the office/guest room has a murphy bed that pulls down into a queen (standard queen mattress) that you can leave down if you don't want to use the office desk, and the third kids room that has a bunk bed with 2 twins. Downstairs we have a Queen pull out bed in the den.
