About this house rental
Welcome to our tropical oasis right here in Mill Valley! We are renting our beautiful home-- 3 bedrooms ( king, queen & full beds with Italian linens) & 2 full baths. There are two outdoor living spaces, the first of which is off the great room through French doors that includes a sectional, fire table, barbecue, and sculptural water feature. The second, off the master suite, includes the hot tub, seating area, a fire pit and large waterfall, surrounded by lush gardens. Both outdoor areas are tranquil, illuminated by string lights creating a serene ambience in the evenings. There are 2 indoor gas fireplaces, 2 fire pits, a propane grill, a FULLY stocked gourmet kitchen with extra space, hi-speed internet (Eero system), a Japanese whirlpool soaking tub in the master bath, parking (5 off-street plus street parking) & hot tub!!! There is also a detached TV room and office space with large sectional, coffee table, and desk. Our home is available from April 1st. This is our family home, meticulously cared for, offering you a warm respite and retreat. We have a quiet, long-term tenant downstairs with completely separate unit with its own private entrance. The home is in the quiet, tree-filled Homestead Valley, with lovely walks from your doorstep, just minutes from quaint downtown Mill Valley, minutes from Whole Foods and shops/restaurants, 10 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge, immediate access to hiking and mountain bike trails on Mt Tam, and a short drive to Stinson Beach or wine country. In addition to regional attractions, you have access to a neighborhood dog park and a community center pool just across the street.
