About this house rental
Our newly built home has sophisticated style, modern amenities, and an unbeatable location! This 3 bd/3 bath home (w/ office) has been furnished with top-of-the-line materials, fixtures, and appliances. Enjoy cooking in the stunning designer kitchen and gather in the living room for movies and a cozy fireplace. Outside there is a flat yard with an apple tree and garden, a cedar hot tub, and gas fire pit. The house features a welcoming and spacious kitchen/ living/ dining area on the first floor with top-of-the-line appliances, an 8-person dining nook with a built-in banquette, and a cozy living room with a fireplace and smart TV. The kitchen slider doors open to a large deck with another dining table and chairs, grill, and smoker. You will also be able to enjoy relaxing soaks in our cedar hot tub and evenings by the fire pit. The backyard has a nice lawn for the kids to play, a garden and access to a tidal creek that flows just beyond the back gate.
Back inside, there is a powder room and the primary suite, which features a comfortable king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath with heated floors, double sinks and a rain shower below a sky light.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom with a large tub, an office and a laundry area. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has twin bunkbeds.
The neighborhood is extremely safe, where you'll see kids playing outside and neighbors walking their dogs.
The location is perfect. You’re a 7 minute walk to Whole Foods and several restaurants and a 15 minute walk to down town Mill Valley where there are coffee shops, more restaurants, bars, a movie theatre and an award-winning library. Muir Woods, Muir Beach, and Stinson beach are a short car ride away and San Francisco is 20-30 minutes across the Golden Gate Bridge. If you're looking to taste some wine while you're here, Sonoma is 45 minutes north and Napa is an hour away.

Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, which we will keep our personal belongings during your stay.
