About this house rental
This airy, light, gorgeous, modern home offers a beautiful open flow with windows galore to provide a 180° view of the stunning Mt. Tamalpais. It offers clean modern decor, a private driveway, a lovely yard complete with magnificent manicured redwoods, and a fantastic furnished deck to soak up the sun during the day and enjoy the stars at night. Just 10 minutes down the historic Dipsea stairs to downtown Mill Valley, 30 minutes from San Francisco and 40 minutes to Sonoma.
Upstairs there are 2 master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and balconies/decks (one has a kitchenette). There is also a girl's bedroom that has a single bed and a trundle bed and a boys room with a king size bed. These two rooms share a full bathroom.
Downstairs you will find the kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and queen sofabed and a separate sitting area with a fireplace and piano. There is a half bathroom on this level. There are doors that open onto a large deck with an outdoor sofa, firepit, sunbeds and table and chairs. In the garden there is a hot tub.

Spacious, well-kept, well-organized, well-stocked, spotless family home. Huge kitchen for real cooks. Open-floor layout while having multiple distinct living spaces. Windows to the redwoods everywhere. Tall ceilings, beautifully furnished. Perfect stay - can’t think of a downside - and we have stayed in 30+ vacation properties. Owners were thoughtful and extremely responsive, generous and helpful. Thankful for our stay!

We had a great experience at 200 Hazel Ave in mill valley. The house is beautiful with a great view of Mt. Tam from the back deck and a hot tub surrounded by redwoods. Easy drive/Uber to San Francisco and a scenic walk to the town of mill valley for coffee, restaurants and shopping. Also so convenient to Muir Woods, Marin headlands, Sausalito and Stinson beach. The house made our vacation a pleasure and the homeowner was genuinely interested in making sure we had a good visit. We strongly recommend this house!

A short notice research of Mill Valley homes produced this perfect home for our small family reunion to celebrate our grandson’s 21st birthday. The owners were extremely easy to work with. Sadly our stay was cut short by a couple of days because of scheduling conflicts but we thoroughly enjoyed the five full days we had together. The home was extremely well equipped and set out in a way which allowed us all to have privacy and personal space. The trampoline, zip line, tree swing, hot tub and lawn game provided outdoor fun and exercise. The nearby steps down to the village challenged us on three of the days (suitably masked) and allowed us to enjoy fine coffees, Whole Foods shopping and some local stimulus shopping. Everyone’s overall favorite activity was hanging out on the balcony every evening enjoying the comfy furnishings, the fire pit heating and the wonderful views of the sunset behind the mountains. Internet service was excellent, the manual explained clearly the ins and outs of the house and Mill Valley processes, recycling, nearby hikes etc. We had several interactions with neighbors, all extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We loved our stay, thank you.
