    Perfect stay, highly recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile—whether it was checking in quickly or helping with small requests. Their complementary airport transfer & free shuttle bus service to Grandworld, this saved us on transport cost, the service itself was punctual, smooth & extremely convenient. My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. Everything felt well-maintained and modern, and the room was quiet, so I slept really well every night. Breakfast had a great variety of fresh, tasty options to suit all tastes. Overall, great value for money and fantastic service. I’d definitely stay here again and will recommend it to friends and family!

    We'd enjoyed our stay at unit 17F with nice front view where you can observe at your comfort the light show and fireworks at 9:30pm. If these are not your stuff then there's nothing much to offer by Airbnb style premise. You need to walk to the town or centre abt 10-15 minutes away for food/drinks. Furnitures a little dated with stains but overall the unit is clean and bright with nice bathroom and, the bed is comfortable for a night stay. Grab food can be a challenge and time wasting during evening as several attempts/bookings ALL failed or cancelled minutes later due to no riders found. There's a small mini mart though located just outside the hotel lobby that opens till 3am to satisfy hunger or small cravings. The only less pleasant experience we had endured was the unnecessary time loss waiting for "early check in". The agency/host/staff impressed through emails/messages that we could check in early, their initial Whatsapp on day arrival stated 12noon so we got back to the hotel lobby early and waited. Despite the wait from late morning to past noon the host did not update. After checking again via WhatsApp we were told check in after 1pm so we waited outside the mini mart. Past 1pm again the host did not update. Finally we just waited till 2pm the official check in time. There were no updates from the host so we had proactively asked again. We saw some other guests who came late but were attended first and we thought they booked with other hosts. We tried our luck and to our surprised we found the person who attended to other guests was actually the staff of the same agency. Finally, we checked in after 2+PM...The weather was unbearable thus we did not consider walking back to the town under the hot sun, check or find other place of interest nearby. Had we known early about the false impression and that we could only check in after 2PM, we would have spent the time wisely instead of rushing back to the hotel and waited for 2.5hrs for the so called "early check-in"...we checked out the next morning at 8+am as there was nothing much to offer for the day
