    Staff is helpful. Location is good. If you need to use the subway passenger lifts, from hotel turn right will see entrance7 , then walk 30seconds more u will see entrance 6 Most subway has passenger lift, you just need to read the sign carefully n will find one. Just one feedback. Not enough place to hang our clothes in the shower room. Maybe can install some hooks behind the tiolet door. Overall a good stay in your hotel. Thank you for the good service. Especially the staff who help us to temporarily put our kimchi in the staff fridge after we checkout. He oso willing to give us 2 black trash bag upon request. Really appreciate his kindness. I forgot to ask for his name. He got a big round eyes. Very friendly staff. I want to compliment him for being so helpful. And also thanks to all the staff in your hotel for the good service. Cheers!

    It's way overpriced for what it is. Parking (or lack there of) was a huge pain.
