Spencer Park and a fishing jetty are opposite, complete with a playground to keep children happy and picnic facilities overlooking the lake.
This seaside haven blends beachside nostalgia with contemporary convenience. The deck overlooks the lake and park with a large eating area and BBQ, setting the scene for nights in with family and friends. Our stay at this Merimbula home was absolutely wonderful. The house looked exactly like the photos online, and if anything, felt even better in person. Everything was spotless—it truly felt like a brand new home. The furnishings were all newly done, and the level of cleanliness made it so comfortable. We never wore shoes inside, only slippers, as it was kept so pristine. Even the sinks were sparkling clean, which is not something you always find in holiday homes.The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right in between everything we wanted, with an easy walk to the kiosk, cafés, and shops on the other side. Each morning, we enjoyed using the telescope to spot whales, which was such a special part of the trip. The house was spacious, beautifully set up, and very comfortable for a relaxing stay.The host was also amazing. She had prepared thoughtful little touches for our arrival, which made us feel very welcome, and she was always quick and responsive with communication. That kind of care and attention really stood out.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Merimbula.
