The Black Dolphin Holiday Park

The room was very clean and tidy with good kitchen supplies, comfy bed and couch.

The bathroom was not great. The shower allowed the water to go all over the floor and toilet and the lack of adequate ventilation meant the whole bathroom got wet - floor, walls, roof, toilet. We ended up having to use towels as bath mats as the only bathmat was soaked by the first morning.

Very comfortable and affordable stay with all you need to enjoy time at the beach on your doorstep. The team were wonderful in accommodating my late check in and out, and one kindly provided me a lift to the airport when they realised I was walking. Incredible service.

Another power socket would be helpful at the bed head, but otherwise a very convenient stay.

Location was great, in a quieter part of town but super close to the beach and a cute cafe. Good facilities too. Bed was comfy, but the doona was very thin and it was freezing (you expect that in a cabin in winter though.) Would’ve been nice for the park to include a blanket in the cupboard. And there was a small amount of toilet paper left on the roll, with no spare in the bathroom. But these are minor things that would’ve improved the stay. Overall, it was fine!

The bedding wasn’t warm enough, glasses and pots were dirty and the shower needs a good scrub.
