A great location, sitting in one of the many alleyways, just off a main road. CityHouses are my preferred places to stay in Vietnam. The studio apartments provide a clean room with comfortable bedding, a fully equipped kitchen and a staff of service personnel who were aways willing to help a visiting tourist. A BIG THANKS to the security guard and lady service worker who help to make my stay at Nest Nguyen Dinh one of my best.

The location is near local markets (Ban Co market and Ho Thi Ky night market). Easy to find nice restaurants in Cao Thang street and Vo Van Tan street nearby. The staffs were helpful and welcoming. Cleanliness could be improved slighty.

I've stayed in at least 60 to 80 hotels across vietnam as I travel much for work. I stay frequently at Cityhouse Lighthouse and I was very happy with it, so I wanted to try something in their chain nearer to one of my other office. I took the plunge for a 7D/6N without trying it first and boy, did i regret it. Good - Room size is acceptable, and so was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable but the hot water was a little erratic. Bad - Room 201 is on the 3rd floor. No nearby convenience store chain like GS25, 7-11, family mart (only a small store across the road), cleaning was subpar, there's hair everywhere. TV doesn't really work properly, toilet doesnt flush properly. Pillow was a bunch of cotton pad stuck together. The biggest problem I had was the soundproofing, never in my life was I able to clearly hear the people next door, listening to their conversation. I could hear another couple quarreling on my left, and 2 drunk couples on my right talking and reveling the night away. Because of the air well, noise from all other floors came streaming into the room. Not just from the neighbors but from neighboring buildings as well. Lots of drilling and banging noises from 7am to late. I stayed in the room to get some work done, and it got so bad that I had to leave to focus on my work elsewhere.
