very good service the security helped me even when i didn’t asked for it, they asked how was my stay on the first day. good service. no stealing, accidentally left my watch on the bed and told them and it was placed properly on the bed. very clean just not too spacious

A Wonderful Stay at Nola Hotel ❤️ We absolutely loved our stay at Nola Hotel! We loved the vibe of the hotel—it was cozy, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special shoutout to Auntie May and the entire team! Everyone was genuinely kind, generous, and accommodating. We arrived very early, and they assisted us right from the very beginning, making us feel welcome even before our check-in time. The receptionists were also very accommodating with all of our requests and were always willing to help whenever we needed anything. We truly appreciated how patient and attentive everyone was throughout our stay. One of the sweetest touches was receiving warm water every morning. 🥹 It may seem like a small gesture, but it made us feel genuinely cared for. It’s these little things that made our stay extra special. For a 3-star hotel, the hospitality definitely felt like 5-star! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The service, kindness, and warmth of the staff made a huge difference in our experience. Thank you, Nola Hotel, especially Auntie May, the receptionists, and the whole team, for making our stay in Vietnam so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all your kindness and generosity. We’ll definitely come back and would highly recommend Nola Hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

I travelled to Ho Chi Minh with 3 other friends (4 of us total), in late July 2026. We were blown away by the hospitality of the front desk service staff and the security staff as well. I would like to especially thank Angel, Tina, and Kan for going above and beyond. The rooms were incredibly clean and well worth the price we’d paid (about 1.1mil VND for the twin room without window). Location wise - it is about 10-15min drive from the centre (ie Ben Thanh market and its surrounding area) which we found quite convenient. For our group of 4, we booked 2 twin rooms (both without window). We had messaged the hotel prior to our trip to request for rooms next to each other or at least on the same floor - we were pleasantly surprised that they’d accommodated our request and went the extra mile to give us adjoining twin rooms! There was a door between the rooms which we requested to be unlocked and opened so we could cross over between rooms easily. The bedding and towels are very clean, and the towels smelt fresh with a nice floral scent. Toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste, as well as bedroom slippers were provided. There are multiple sockets which allowed for 3 pin plugs and also 2 pin plugs (normal vietnamese plug) to be used. There are also USB sockets in the wall. There is a kettle, and also small bottles (500ml) of mineral water which are provided daily. Every time we left or entered the lobby, the staff would enthusiastically rush towards the door to hold it open for us. In the lobby, there are a few tables and sofas, which we used to have our meals when we ordered in Grab food delivery (the rooms are unfortunately too small to have a meal in comfortably). Each time we sat down to eat, they provided us glasses of water (without us asking), and even insisting on helping us clear away the food wrappers etc that were left after our each meal. On one occasion we had ordered in pho, and they offered us ceramic bowls and their own metal chopsticks - which they subsequently hand washed for us after. After my trip, it turns out I’d left my camera in the airport security check, and Angel and Tina called the airport security multiple times on my behalf in order to arrange for retrieval of my lost item. The airport security did not respond to my multiple emails and I was unable to call overseas numbers - hence had messaged Nola out of desperation. I was incredibly grateful that Angel and Tina proactively helped me liaise with the airport security even though I was already back home. Thank you very much Nola Hotel for the amazing stay and service!!!
